Here at Aldonga Dent Doctor we cater for all Insurance motor vehicle accident claims whether you have been involved in a major collision or a small bump. We also offer our services for any private repairs you may need for your vehicle from the smallest scratch to a major restoration.
We are here to help take the headache out of having your vehicle repaired after an accident. If you are making an insurance claim, all you need to do is contact your insurance company and inform them that you have been in an accident, you will then be issued a claim number, then come see us for a quote and let us take care of the rest.
No bookings are needed to have a quote done at Aldonga Dent Doctor. If your car is drivable just call past between 7.30 am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday for a quote. If your vehicle is not drivable and needs a tow, just inform the tow truck driver that you would like your vehicle brought to Aldonga Dent Doctor. You are under no obligation to have your vehicle repaired by the company towing your vehicle. Our quotes are free and are of no obligation.
To keep you on the move Aldonga Dent Doctor has a number of courtesy cars available. There are some conditions in relation to obtaining a courtesy car but feel free to enquire about it. There is also a one off payment of $50.00 (for the duration of repairs to your vehicle).
After your vehicle has been involved in an accident our main objective is to get your vehicle back to manufacturer’s specification. To help us achieve this result we have a computerised Car-o-liner. The Car-o-liner is continually updated with the latest vehicle information as soon as it becomes available. The Car-o-liner allows us to print data sheets on the damaged vehicle before repairs have commenced to show the extent of the damage, we also print a data sheet to show vehicle readings at the end of repairs. This technology has made repairing the structural parts of the vehicle more accurate than in years gone by. Together with our “inverter spot welder” (which is needed to weld structural components of a vehicle together) enabling us to get your vehicle back to as good as new.
Combining this technology and more with our well equipped paint shop, comprising of two(2) Low Bake Ovens and the use of Infra Red technology, we give your vehicle a high end finish.
With the ongoing changes to the repair industry and vehicle manufacture, our staff are sent to the appropriate training courses to keep up to date with repair procedures that may be involved in getting your vehicle back to its original condition, as to manufactures specification.
